Hello, the bluetooth on the speaker is finicky. I have a 2015 Apple laptop and the bluetooth almost never works but it works perfectly with my 2022 IMAC and 2020 iPhone. In other words, the issue may be that your device bluetooth is not compatible
Make sure the power is on Press the Mute button & the power button together for 15 seconds. It is advisable to remove your JBL from any Smart Home applications and the Bluetooth list and then reinstall.

Can i ask. What if you don't have wifi. Will still it work bluetooth only?
Hello, yes, you can use bluetooth only. For example, you can take it to the office, out in the yard or to the park and play music that way.
