That section starting at 5:00 looks pretty gnarly.
Yes that's when it got tough for me, an older, out of shape, beer-drinking working man whos age kicked in... lol

This the same 200 xcw from your other video?If so how is it compared to the 250s? I’m 5’6 around 150lbs would the 200 better good for me?

This the same 200 xcw from your other video?
If so how is it compared to the 250s? I’m 5’6 around 150lbs would the 200 better good for me?
