Yes! I can't get enough of this audition. I've watched it so many times and I laugh to the judges reactions every time 🤣 This was in 2014 and our little prince looks so much different. The song name is Smiling Face and surprisingly, he didn't win the contest.

It's Zhou Shen's first appearance. He refused 2 times for the past 2 seasons until he received messages daily from a producer for 3 months. He was moved and decided to come back to China from Ukraine for this 3rd season.
21-year-old Zhou Shen is still studying music in Ukraine. Zhou Shen was invited for 3 years before he plucked up the courage to participate in the competition. This is his first time singing in front of the public. He hopes that the judges will tell him whether he can become a singer ?

Zhou Shen was 21 at that time and he is 30 now. FYI, the first judge turned the chair, his sister is the original singer of this song. CHYI YU is a very popular Taiwanese singer. Zhou Shen sang with his idol: CHYI YU in Singapore in 2019.

I don't think ive ever seen this full performance before either! Amazing as always. He was so nervous to sing in front of Na Ying again on Our Song hahaha I guess it brought back memories of his very first audition lol

Na Ying you already know, Yang Kun and Wang Feng are also singers who participated in The Next and The Singer....the man who turned first I forgot the name of 🤔. Zhou Shen said that he was originally planning to sing another song, but the program team asked him to try a few songs first, and decided to let him sing "Happy Face", which was indeed a very good choice. (Comparatively, another song does not have as much advantage as this one)
