It's great to watch them play all these reunion album tunes. March really pounds the hell out of of those skins! The crowd should've been swirling around and going nuts though...granted there are a lot of greyheads out there, but still...it's funny hearing Bob call them kids. Tobe's harmonizing is so glorious.
No kidding, he was so great live and on Cool Planet. Apparently he's drumming in Bob's new band Ricked Wicky, but I doubt they'll play live. It'd be awesome if Bob did a solo tour with Demos and March, plus Gillard and Todd Tobias on guitar and play stuff from all of Bob's bands.
Thanks so much for posting this, SJ. I saw them in Long Island a week earlier than this. I was alone with about 75 other people and it was a transformative experience. I pieced together the entire show playlist from their catalog and played it for months. Robert is a personal inspiration.
Nobody really knows except the guys in the band. Pollard says the band had "run its course," but I suspect that internal tensions may have contributed. And probably alcohol, too.
24:30…let’s all sing along kids….”Buzzards and Dreadful Crows!”
-Don’t get any better than this.

This was such a great show to see live. I took my 10-year old son to see this concert and he had a blast!
I’ve never seen such a tame GBV crowd. Is the crowd collectively on sedatives? It’s GBV! Move! Dance! Jump around!
The end part of spider 🕷 fighter @45:27ish. Fantastic dual harmony GBV goodness! Just another Lennon & McCartney vibe from Bob & Tobin! 🤘
I wanted to see some more of this lineup with Kevin March on drums. The guy is an animal!

I want to reach through the screen, pound a beer.! This is great!! Mitch's Red Marshall....killer!

Interesting set in terms of line-ups, great record of the end days of Classic LineUp Mk2, Fennell already gone
thanks a lot for posting this, a grim day for GBV fans this made it slightly easier x
I love this band so much! They might age, but their music doesn't. I guess what I'm saying is that their tunes have the Benjamin Button disease.
The Cool Planet cuts worked well live didn't they!
GBV! GBV! GBV! Bob P and GBV - Forever and Always, soooooooo cherry! 🍒 Support and enjoy the Audio Goodness!! 🤘🌝🤘
I am an asshole, I shit myself with rock and roll...
Great stuff S. Risley!
SWEET! Thanks for posting!
Haha a no smoking Mitch😄
oops I was wrong 😄
thank you sj.
RIP GBV :(......

...and they're back and better than ever!
GBV's best line-up to date.
Debatable...
Yay!
Lame crowd. No crowd rocks like the Boston shows. Those are always insane.
thank you sj.
