    I don't understand the 2 french drains leading to the dry well. The french drains you built are for sub-surface water and you never run roof water into one. Does this yard have a problem with a high water table? All you needed were 2 solid pipes to take the roof water directly to the well. The perforated pipe and stones were a lot of extra work that basically just minimally expands the capacity of the well.
    Also, unlike straight drainage, french drain pipes need to be barely pitched, the amount determined by the total length. The 1"/10' doesn't work with french drains because the water level wouldn't get to the height of the high end of the pipe.
