sir, you did not indicate where you got the 0.54! I believe it is due to the void ratio. Since Cement, Sand & Gravel have different void ratio & proportion 0.54 can not apply as a fix factor. Just my opinion!
Using 1.54 here and another video u re using 1.57....thou thats not a problm .the problm is how do you know the number of truck of sand or granite to get.

Weight of aggregate= 0.77×1750= 1347.5 kgs ,here 1750is unit wt of aggregate, so aggregate required is 1347.5kgs
