At first you were driving then you were filming. In my head I was thinking, those boys trust the alignment of the tractor and know it won't run off without you 😅
Ha ha the power of editing! I’m sure one of the other kids were driving, but when we pick corn, the driver will often hop off and pick a couple dozen with no one driving the tractor, and then will hop back on when it starts to veer off course. I really dropped the ball on the farm videos last year, but gonna try to fire it back up starting today!
We have a walk behind sprayer with a hood on it called a ManKar that atomizes herbice into a fine mist to kill any weeds that get out of hand. We also do a lot of hand pulling if we get behind on them.
Just came across your channel and been enjoying your videos. Question, your seedlings your planting outdoors, do your start them as you do for your Hydroponics are seed start them in soil trays? I'm just a home gardener and never seen hydroponic in real life so it's all interesting to me.
Rockwool and perlite are very expensive and we only use them for our hydroponic greenhouse tomatoes, everything else is planted in flats and trays with a soil germination mix which will all be shown during April.
Sorry for the late reply, I dropped the ball on the farm videos last year, but going to give it another go here soon. We don’t have too many problems with the deer getting into the vegetables, sometimes they’ll bite the tops of the sweet corn off but it’s not that bad. The biggest problem we have with deer is them walking across our raised beds, covered with plastic and their hoof holes allow weeds to come through.
This man's videos are very nice, I will look at all of them. Thank you for showing us your beautiful work and good luck. 👍👍
Thank you!
Nice to see the water wheel planter and how it works. Hope your season has been going well and sales are great. Keep ‘em coming
Thanks! Sorry for the late reply, I definitely dropped the ball on the farming videos last year but getting ready to fire it back up and try again!

I noticed how muddy the kid was, also you were wearing pants today 😂
Ha ha yes I do wear pants from time to time. Transplanting can be a little bit messy that’s for sure.
How do you keep your middle clean? do you have like a hooded sprayer to go between the plastic?

Thanks you for the reply. @@wishwellfarms
How much do the deer get? I would think even if you hunt them they nibble around the edges and get a few percent of the crop.

Sir what size bed for all crops thanks (lndia)
We use 4 foot plastic, which gives us about a 30 inch wide raised bed
