Incredible champion Novak Djokovic in every aspect. The way he carries himself on off the court, the way he provide analysis, the way he appraises his opponents, the way he loves everyone. The way he describes things, the way the language he uses to describe things. Hat down for you remarkable champion Novak Djokovic. Yes you are the gift. Keep playing keep fighting keep believing keep bringing that champion inside of you when does matter most. All the best for you in the US open 2023. God bless you and protect you.

BAck over a decade ago when he was a legit "superstar" but was in the #3-4 in the world ranking, I remember searching for some tennis instructional videos on youtube. The only way you'd see RAfa/Roger or anyone like that would in in clips of their matches being analyzed or promotional events for their brands etc. Meanwhile, there were actually quite a few videos of Novak interacting and doing some light practice with regular (non-pro) people at different tennis clubs/parks all being captured by independent productions/small time creators.. it amazed me, a legit GS champion and by then firmly established in the top 5 of the world and he's still out there spending time without it being some corporate brand/sponsorship cash event.. truly a champion of the people and Tennis ambassador.

As a Roger fan, I have always been a bit disturbed that Novak hasn’t really got the recognition he deserves.
Not as a tennis player (that he got a long time ago) but as the person and competitor that he is.
Despite all the matches against Rafa and Roger, I personally feel that this unbelievable rivalry with Alcaraz (which we unfortunately will have for just a few years) is where he is deeply appreciated at all levels. Not just as a player but they way he handles himself off the court as well.
I can listen to his interviews time and time again. Thoughtful, verbal and insightful. Complimentary (to Alcaraz) in a very respectful way. Even after Wimbledon.
These last few years of his career are (I believe) probably the years he will enjoy the most in his career and it is unbelievably well-earned. Can’t wait for NY

You can't take age for granted (36)it gets harder and harder physically. So what Novaks pulled of today was monumental. The work he has to put in and being selective which tournaments he plays and fine tuning his game is the key. Quality over quantity at this stage of his career. Just goes to show how hard it is to win a grand slam and Novak has one 2 and in a final at Wimbledon which went to the wire. I know age wise there is no comparison between you and Alcaraz and I do remember when there was a world boxing championship between Jorge Forman and Muhammed Ali in Africa, every sport's expert was saying there is no match and Gorge Forman can destroy Ali Within four rounds but Ali proves all them wrong because Ali was mentally a giant and technically so experienced and knocked down a physical giant. I compare both Ali and Novak Djokovic as there are some similarities they never give up and stand tall in their respective sports. Another reason I love this fresh rivalry is that I feel Djokovic & Alcaraz have no baggage with one another - it’s a pure pitting of tennis vs tennis - & off the court, they have the utmost respect & even liking for each other, kinda more like Rafa & Roger had & have for each other. I feel Djokovic prefers the tone of this rivalry too & has the maturity to view it almost impersonally as something that’s just great for the sport.
