🌱 what is ASMR?🌱
ASMR, or Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response, is described as a tingly sensation or feeling that travels from the base of the scalp down the limbs and can manifest in different parts of the body. It causes a lovely, relaxing feeling to the people who experience it, as well as sometimes pleasant 'shivers', and can help with things like insomnia or trouble sleeping. It can occur in situations like hearing a particular sound or 'trigger', and many people experience varying degrees of the phenomenon. Not everyone who listens or watches ASMR videos experiences the sensation however! Some people utilize the sounds of a soothing voice or certain trigger(s) to help fall asleep or relax, without feeling the 'tingles'. It is a blossoming community online, whose main purpose is to bring tranquility and tingles to whoever enjoys it! ✧

It's literally just setting the gain high enough. large membrane microphones are more sensitive than human ears, they could pick things up you can't even hear, because they are too quiet for our anatomy.

Cranial exam videos are my favorite, but they often get boring or old to me pretty fast. But you can always make them interesting and different! I fall asleep instantly and then go back the next day to watch the whole thing haha❤❤
