Its actually not every giftcard. Its only giftcards from a few countries around the world
That is a common misconception! This promotion is global and those countries listed are just the ones where vbuck cards are officially sold but It should work anyways no matter the account region as long as you get a code that isnt region locked. Some codes have a flag in the top corner and the others don't. The ones with flags don't work on all account meanwhile the ones without flags work on all accounts no matter the region and BOTH cards give the pickaxe!
