Coach Han, I just want to send a message for appreciation. I’ve never had a coach but you’ve taught me a lot of things even though we’ve never met. I’m from Australia but hopefully one day I can come to Korea to meet you❤️
This makes it more clear! Usually when we start playing a game, I am able to grip the racquet lightly, also the wrist is more flexible and my contact is better. But as the game progress, it gets difficult. Everything starts stiffening. Any idea why is it? Is it because, I am going back to my old habits or lack of strength or some other reasons?
that's fitness How to keep your skills for a long time. Athletes' drill training is usually one set of 20 shuttlecocks. Because one rally is about 20 hits, and you have to hold your breath in a very concentrated state at that moment.
Interesting. This player doesn't look like a beginner. I wonder why he's hitting the shuttle weirdly in the previous episode? Beginner players tend to not even know how to properly swing a forehand more so to actually hit a shuttle 😅. He immediately improved though so I guess he has been playing badminton quite a bit on his own then turned to coach for more guidance?

Australia is not a distant country for us. Maybe someday our team will visit Australia?
This might be the single greatest badminton related video on the internet
my honor. thank you so much :-)

I bought a Powerball to try and help with these things.👍 Sometimes I also get cramp. 🤔
Excellent Coaching!!!
thanks~!
Coach Han, thank you for your helpful insight!
you're welcome🙂
I always try to get my position right before actually managing to make contact with the shuttle, any tips on how I can improve?
Don't try to see the flying shuttlecock, start by observing your opponent's racquet. Then you can prepare a little earlier.
Great coaching and thanks from india ❤
thanks for watching :-)
I’m happy to watch this movie.
thank u!
sangat jelas dan bermanfaat👍👍
Terima kasih telah menonton!
