What's the wet to frozen ratio?

Starting off with a 50/50 liquid to frozen ratio for a smoothie will give a nice texture that's not too thick. If you would like a frozen dessert texture, we recommend 1 cup of liquid to 1 lb of frozen if using a tall 64-ounce container.

That smoothie is in no way consistent texture! You can see big lumps in in when he’s pouring it into the glass lol
