The biggest flaw is everyone who “ knows” the game tend to do the exact same so then the game can be completely counterd therefore setting up sites differently makes the enemies have to play different
But the meta can’t really be countered as much that’s why it’s meta and playing differently means little in this game
Thats why the best players have to become more creative.
Playing in diamond/champion lobbies i sometimes do the most “ copper strat “ ever. To catch players off guard. Like you said, everyone knows what to do and how to counter. Players in the higher ranks have a huge ego problem so its always fun, effective and hilarious when i kill them doing the dumbest roam or sitting in the weirdest corner imaginable 😂

I think a big tip is to ask 'WHY am I barricading here'
shawk you should make a series where you show how to defend and attack on different maps like setting up sites and where to push

Personally whenever I did play, we always tried to get them to funnel to one objective even to go as far as not placing all reinforcements. Probably 8 or 9 of 10.

All my site setups come from copying what all the good players do, but I dont really know or think about why it's good until I play it over and over and experience why it's good.
I do that all the time, especially on maps like chalet, or kafe

it's very simple, just ask yourself, what is the purpose of reinforcing this wall, why am I doing it, it will come naturally, just take the time to custom and learn.

Funny, I basically do diamond and champ set ups for this map.... but my aim and reaction time is so bad/inconsistent that I cant get out of gold or fall off to silver and back. And I have a shaky hand in gun fights. I wanna cry bro.

The low elo set up is so unrealistic, in reality every wall is soft (because nobody cares to reinforce) or there is a castle on every site door complete turtle

Meanwhile, me remembering placing gold and immediately in p2 the month I start siege and the month I’m in pc. I immediately learned every site setup and attack and played against shawk with less than 300 hours.
