At some point, Reg and Buckin need to join in for a tree felling derby of sorts. A consortium of youtube tree guys would be cool
Love the travel intro. What a great experience for your kids!
another amazing video... i love these longer in depth videos... especially that one you did in Minnesota with that really cool guy that built the raddest 200T ive ever seen... and that Nitrous saw... incredible!!! What a well spoken totally not crazy guy... just sayin... lol... but seriously you are killing it man... August is a G holy smokes even I didnt realize hes been on UA-cam that long WOW!!!
That 200t is a monster!!!! And o would love to get my hands on one of those 462R on your shelf after you port it, just saying lol...... I heat with hard woods in Michigan have a ported 362 with a batk box and 3/4 wrap bar pulls a 25 full comp chain no problem but would like to step up to something that will pull 36" in our oak, hickory, and ash
I really appreciate the time and attention you put into these videos. You're doing a great job. Keep it up
Shoulda taught them Jed's sizwill technique for the side leaner. Felled an Austrian Pine past 90 degrees thanks to your video and his knowledge. :D
Glad to see 2 of my favorite you tubers working together.
Everyone loves August. I would suggest keeping a diary, even just for business purposes, in my trade we were taught to keep daily notes. Mainly for CYA incase things didn't go as planned... and later use them for a textbook/ biography.
Great video, good group of people to be around. Thanks for sharing.
Another great video!!! Look forward to your next one. The PNW is beautiful.
And it just goes to show that Great Tree Felling should be Great fun with friends, and its shown so well in the video, well done Jacob, love it.
i am an old lady, what do i know from trees ? but i love to see you boys loving what you do !
August: the tree daddy who is responsible for getting a hell of a lot of people changing careers and following their dream. Jacob, just a proud son hahaha! Lovely video dude!!
Awesome video man. Absolutely love what you do and such an inspiration. Keep Going!!
Just wanted to say you three are some of my favorites to watch! You make it look like it should be...FUN! Nothing better than being with guys who love what they're doing and it's undeniable when watching you. Thanks for sharing and teaching us how to do it right, I model much of what I do based on your with and business ethics😉👍. Peace and love to you and safe climbing!!
The, “WELCOME-TO-WYOMING”, Sign at, 0:50 I have passed that exact, Same sign I don’t know how many times. My wife and I are both born and raised here in NW Wyoming.
22 1/2 miles from the, “Montana-State-Line.” You did an outstanding job on this video, just like you do on all the others.
". I think it's going to get slapped" ... August Hunicke...the Chuck Norris of tree work!
Thanks again for the great video! It's cool to see that even the "Expert" learns something new every day!
Dude, you do a great job getting all the visuals and sounds that people want out of these videos. They really hit on all points.
Love watching you three work together! You work well together. Maybe some day you will merge into one awesome team? Great video!
He is a good mentor and will not lead you wrong. With that being said good job on your endeavors.
Good job guys. Y'all take care and have a blessed day and I'll see you on your next vidja.
@Guilty of Treeson, about 5 minutes in, I was like, hey I recognize those cotton wood trees! I watched August's video earlier! Cool perspective from your part..💯🇺🇲💥
helping to write his kids stories.. very profound Mr Hunicke =)
Awesome to see Damian's hinge wood on the last cut collapse. Seems like Jake fits right in with your crew August!
Way cool that the fam goes with you on adventures....thanks, Jake! Keep up the good work and positive vibes, homie!
Good video! Love the banter!! Keep em coming!
Merci monsieurs et meilleurs vœux pour les fêtes, and thanks for all the hard work and joy and you put in your work. Bless you and your families.
Awesome video Jacob. I loved your intro interview with August and the video title. Keep them coming
Let me like it first… now I’m going to watch it.
Thanks guys. Always love hanging out with you fellaz. 🤘🤙😎
My home state !!!!! Man I am so happy you are making this all happen !!!!!! Keep up the great work 👍
Best alert that can come up on a phone.
Yep Dean and Jerry of tree removal, what a great tee shirt!
The beginning of this video is so well done I thought I was watching an ad at first 😂
I found myself screaming at the camera, after August filled the oil. He didn't fully close the oil cap.....
😂👍
STAY SAFE
Love the new channel bro been binge watching for days lol! Congrats on getting out of the rat race!!
Love the 20min videos! So much easier to watch
Love it when you're out cutting with other professions
Love it, won’t miss an episode.
Hey now, wait a minute. All those branches close to that sapling were already there before Jacob felled his half. His fell 16:18 wasn't anywhere near the sapling. Cmon now, Jacob. Don't let August fool ya!
Howdy Jacob, very nice travel footage from Wisconsin back to Oregon. Great that you can have your family with as you're traveling. Enjoyed listening to the cottonwood hinge moan. If I may partake in the coffee shop banter....drink less Starbucks you will need less patreon support. Will you have more collaboration videos with August coming out soon? Have A Day! ;~)
😂 I actually
Don’t buy Starbucks at all. It’s way too expensive. I make my own coffee lol I just enjoyed arguing with Damien about Dutch Bros vs Starbucks
Hinge music.🎵🎵🎵love the video. August and crew are such good dudes. 🌳💚🌳💚👊👍
Serious question - @ 23:07, there are 2 small cuts into the hinge. It almost looks like a 'working dutchman'. Is that what August did there? And could you explain they thought process behind it?
Tnx ia & for the ups :)
i’ve been waiting for this video to come out for so long
My favorite tree guys altogether, too cool!!!
Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays.😁
Great collaboration, keep grindin Jake, we got you!
Keep ‘em coming Jake. Great vids
Always a pleasure hope you and Jed get together soon.
I always like watching other cutters working I cut a lot of hard woods and they act differently than soft wood we have soft wood but they are more uncommon
Wonderful video! Keep up the good work
Good August replay. Keep em in the loop
24 minutes of cool people, beautiful scenery and dropping trees. (and a shoutout to Reg Coats) My Sunday morning is complete! ☕🙂
I've never seen someone throw a bag like August....I gotta try it!
great seeing south dakota here 🤣 3 minutes of interest then sleep the other 6 hours 🤣
cool vid! the 2 tree trimmers I watch- have joined forces😆
kewl! finaly, august and jacob roxx! :>
I love how Jake is humble and open to suggestions. Was definitely a good idea opening up his face cut. Let that hinge puppy work and control the tree, especially on a back leaner 🤘 The 500i is my favorite saw in my arsenal also, closely followed by the husky 550xp. Thanks for the great content guys, keep em coming!
Been waiting for this. But you never explained you and Damien throwing down. 😆👌 Great video man.
Awesome! Thanks Jacob.
beautiful background with those mountains
Awesome shots dude 👏
Awesome to see another upload
August is like that uncle that everyone loves and jake is his little cousin😂🤘🏼🤘🏼 rock on guys love the collaboration again
Very cool, from rainy so cal
Absolutely great video
I just watched your Spur video and you could try some logger boots as they seem to have a big heel, a steel shank, waterproof, and comfortable.
You guys are having too much fun
Three fellas felling trees, couldn't be any better
Great video with a cool intro.
Look like you guys are having fun. Kinda jealous. Lol
August already posted this video. Still cool to see your version of this video...👍😎👌
So amazing video
Amused by the closing bar vs coffee shop exchange. I grew up in Seattle, a Starbucks customer since their first shop at Pike Place Market. Agree, Dutch Brothers is not an acceptable alternative 😊☕️
excellent video
stay safe stay healthy
Great video.
This is quality entertainment
Great work men.
8:07 cleanest bar oil poor ive ever seen. lol
Great job Jake
glad to see the "to be continued"
Nice video!
Jake, what was the purpose behind the pair of intentionally cut dutchman’s. It was used in the face cut on one of the last trees in the video. I haven’t seen that before.
Hey Jacob serious question, this journey you are taking on is pretty awesome, do you think a podcast interview with each collaboration you do would bring you a bigger platform for your fan base? Just thought it be neat to have a podcast to follow with your awesome videos
I would be interested to hear August talk about how he started and where he is today. Any tips?
Man I would really love for you to come to neck of the woods to come check out my really intense labor outfit out but I don't have much going on. I live in Missouri.
Good job
I hope August gets a discount on all the Go Pro cameras.
A colab with buckin and reg coats would be great
Should of ties the tops together and dropped them together like dominos.
Listening to august talk about tree stories. That he dropped. Sounds like my gpas stories.
I had a dangerous ash. That was maybe 50 foot leaning the direction . i wanted going down a path towards my truck. My trucks maybe 1/3 farther away, maybe a bit more. The tree fell and hit a branch and the top blows out and cartwheels all the way to the truck. And walks right into my truck bed. I was maybe 1/16 of a inch to close and blowd out my truck window. I was on the phone with my insurance claims adjuster, for almost 2 hours trying explain it. She was dying laughing, never heard such a fluke. I had some really poor vid and pics of it. But that was a awesome tree
I been thinking about getting a gopro and recording I'm just not good on camera haha but you guys know they replace them no questions asked as long as you have their coverage..? For our line of qork it might be a good investment haha just judging by all the gopro cameras I've seen smashed by trees haha 😄
What was with all the metal t bars around the trees? Was just waiting for a saw to catch one. Why didn't they pull them before the cuts?
Hey, thanks for the vibe 👊🏼😎 btw you’re tree missed the lil tree by a mile. My tree limbs were the close culprits 😆
You guys are inspirational and make hard work look fun.
