G'day Paul, well done with the work up-to-date it's been very entertaining watching this rebuild, well worth the effort saving this old BSA engine from the scrap heap, cheers mate, Neil 🤠.
I've particularly enjoyed watching this journey...Any chance of getting the owner to send you some video of this to post when the bike is all reassembled, up and running?..... I for one would be very interested to see and hear that.
As it happens, once the owner has the bike fully assembled, it is probably coming back for me to go over it and set it up, so there may well be footage of it running and doing some miles, somewhere in the future!

In a real and tangible sense, when you are immersed in one of these 'ancients', you have become a Time Traveler of sorts.
Nice tidy workshop Paul , a place for everything and everything in its place .
