Thank you so much for this. A lot of work goes into creating e books or guides and it's not fair that 1 person downloads it and shares it with thousands of other people who didn't pay for it 😢

Thanks, as an author I want to make sure that I'm not losing sales. I put a lot of work into writing my stories, just like a lot of others and I want to get paid. When I'm wealthy maybe it won't feel so bad, but right now I need more income.
I have a fillable PDF that I'm cautious of selling digitally (I already sell the physical workbook and ship to the customer). But I keep getting nervous because once someone successfully downloads the PDF (assuming they paid for it and they are a genuine customer) they can put it on their own store and sell it themselves. Any thoughts to help ease my nerves? I agree with the Robert Kiyosaki quote that it's all brand awareness, but for me I'm a very small player wanting to make a few extra sales by selling it digitally not just physically. It's a workbook too, so it needs to be fillable if selling as a PDF.
I totally get it. The truth is if someone wants to copy you, they can. If someone wants to download your videos of an online course, you can. Your best protection is your brand. That's the sad truth, but also the very reassuring truth - because no one can truly copy your brand and your audience loyalty can't be bought or copied. The cost of not taking action and selling is much greater than the cost of taking action and maybe getting copied or stolen from, if that makes sense?
Hi, may i ask. I want to sell printable materials for kids. I will send pdf file to my customer to their email. ,and I dont want them to resell or send to others. Can i protect it with tinywow?to prevent buyer sharing my digital product to others.. only mmy buyer can open. If they attempt to share to others it does bot open. Thank you .

Hi great share. I have a question though. Let say I embedd the code to my website. Now someone who has access to it , logs in. Can he get the code by inspecting the browser. If so then can they use the same code to embedd in their own website. I understand that their is the domain restriction. Still I was wandering if that's possible somehow??
Great question. Because of the domain protection feature, they can’t just steal your content. That’s what I have with my beginners guide to email marketing and book. eran.link/emailguide
I very much doubt that’s legal. Considering it’s someone else’s intellectual property. The only time this is legit is if you specifically purchased a PLR product (Private Label Rights)
Hi! Thank you! I have a report that I sell to companies. It;s easy for them to buy it and share it with all their employees. That's fine, but I would want to have a higher fee for that. I don't want to raise the price too much, to cover that. I like your second option, but I am a little afraid that clients wouldn't click on a link like that for fear of viruses or spyware. Do you have any experience with that?
I've not had this issue, but you can avoid that by recording a short video on the thank you page explaining to them what to expect. Do you think that would solve it?
Actually I found a way but I still do think desperate people can still get it, and share online for free, you can prevent it from being copied, can't also be shared online and prevents screenshot but the user Can still use screen recording so definitely a desperate person can still sell your product
I have an idea. Have your pdf password protected. Then use the gmail account of your buyer to have it customized only for him/her to open the file. For sure he/she will not share his password (his/her gmail acct) for his info protection to anyone else? Does this idea make sense?hehe
This sounds interesting. So for example, make the password as the customer’s name and mobile number? Obviously no problem if only used personally, but risk if the person wants to share the file. I guess still cannot stop sharing among the person’s close friends but could prevent mass online sharing

I understand. have you started with systeme io?
Does the simplebooklet work for integrating into Shopify or Squarespace?
It depends what you mean by "integrating". It can be embedded, yes.
Thanks very much, it will be helpful for my books
wonderful! are you going to use Simple Booklet or something else?
Good information. I just wish you covered how to connect the payment vehicle so you are able to sell it.

there's only so much you can do to protect it as I explained. You can alternatively have it behind a gated members area.
My question is how to attach the pdf to the sales that is how i can make it that a customer selects buy and the link sends him the pdf
