Of course this is a lead magnet to capture your info for his email marketing, but I've collected 2 of his database in the past and even if they are old, at least 30-60% of the data is still active so he's giving thousands of dollars worth away for free.

@@JayDennis-d6p The data appears to be inaccurate and unreliable. I initially tried loading 500GB of it, but ultimately deleted it due to its poor quality and lack of usefulness. I expected more accurate and valuable information.
