    Great tip! I have only used SVG files for my cutting machine. Some SVG's don't come with the image, just the outline to cut.

    My SewArt can't load a svg file. It keeps loading until it crashes.
    I also tried a svg which is only 2 KB big, but it still can´t handle the file. Way bigger png files are no problem.
    Does anyone has a clue?

      It looks like it immediately creates a raster image on import. So the canvas size on your svg is probably very large sewart is not automatically scaling it down. Try opening it in inkscape, and scaling down the drawing, closer to the size you want to create (make sure the canvas size is smaller too). Resave as a new svg, and then import into sewart.
