Connecting with each other is empowering, just sitting next or across each other, kanohi te kanohi, face to face, sharing stories, sharing regrets, in safe spaces, as we know each others trauma, and we see ourselves reflected in each other, we become a rongoa, medicine for each other.
Sharing wisdoms, uplifting, and inspiring each other.
Seeing our Kuia elders was a toanga and a rongoa, a treasure and a healing a scource of comfort.
