While those two are... more of modern high end for AMV, you can try Nightwish and Skillet AMV's. Those are,,, more history now, but still hits hard.

the video is nice and Powerwolf is a guaranteed win.
I have to say tho, for an anime centered around guns the battle scenes are terribly static and lame as hell.
