- After the sudden death of Disney star Cameron Boyce, some are wondering if he could have been saved. On Tuesday, Boyce's parents revealed he suffered a fatal seizure due to epilepsy, a condition he was being treated for. Boyce, who starred in Disney’s “Descendants” movie, could possibly have benefited from a service dog or devices on the market for those who suffer from seizures. Some dogs can be trained to warn their owners by laying on them to flag an oncoming seizure. #InsideEdition
This video should have been made without relating it to Cameron. If the family was to see this it can make them feel guilty they didn’t do these things to help him

Yeah. Because celebrities have a lot of publicity, so if they die of something that could've been prevented more awareness is spread around. More awareness being spread about epilepsy because Cameron died from it doesn't mean that people didn't take action for or know about epilepsy before. They're just saying what could've saved Cameron and raising awareness for epilepsy. Nobody's gonna ignore a serious condition just because a celebrity didn't get affected by it yet dummy.

I had epilepsy growing up. This breaks my heart. Such a bright soul
I had it from 7-9. Had a few seizures a week without my parents knowing and I didn’t tell them. My mother finally noticed probably saved my life on meds for 2 yrs and was cured by 11
I'm epilepsy isn't cureable I have had seizures since I was 14 and all the meds do is to help prevent a seizure from happening epilepsy is for life it doesn't go away ever

Courtney Willmon epilepsy is just the recurrence or seizures. My type of epilepsy was cured eventually by anti epileptic medication. I took a EEG test around 13 and there was no trace of epileptic disorders no seizures for 8-9 years now

My son died from epilepsy in 2016. Not a day goes by I do not miss him.
Folks epilepsy is a silent killer and takes time to diagnose especially if living alone.
If anyone in your family has had epilepsy please get tested and go and see a sleep doctor as that is how they can see in the sleep study as that is a time for a seizure even small ones to happen.

When I was like 9 I lost my friend, due to seizure that he had when swimming caused him to drown... I always think how life could have been with him. He was my buddy when we were walking to school and home. I think a lot about him, all the mangoes and guavas we stole from our neighbors trees and soccer games. I just miss him a lot.

My mom had epilepsy she was put in the hospital for two weeks i was only in the 4 grade and it was the most scariest part of my life. My dad cryed an my older brother did to I visit her everyday. Eventually she got released. I am so hapoy my mom is ok, thanks to God. 🙏. Cameron is a beautiful beautiful soul. I had the bigist crush on him when i was little. At least he was able to be remembered from his acting.
When people pass away, dont say 'what if' and speculate how it could have been prevented to that individual, instead focus on how to prevent it from happening to others. This is because it only adds frustration and guilt to the situation, when we simply to accept his fate, and cherish his memory. This is especially needed for his friends and family who loved him.
