Hello, I just purchased that product and I love it. Had some trouble in shipping and I messaged her and she checked with the post office and they started investigating. Instead of Rose waiting for the results, she sent me another one. Well the 1st shipment arrived 2/14 (ordered on 1/29), and the 2nd order (replacement order) arrived 2/15. I messaged Rose would pay for the 2nd shipment but she told no, keep it for troubles. She's awesome and I will be doing future business with her. Also I told her I would tell you what happened since I got the product from your suggestion. Also I would others know.
