I think the Demon List will “break” if and after Silent Clubstep is verified, or even earlier. Such levels seem so ridiculous that I can’t see any other players apart from the verifiers giving them serious attempts.
I think AoD will be #1 for atleast 5 years before something beats it, and all the levels mentioned that beat it before 5 years will never be verified, forgotten or nerfed

@@beqr3736 yeah, there are like 10+ timings that are frame perfect on all the common framerates, meaning the higher your refresh rate is, the tighter the timing becomes. Then again, it's still possible on higher refresh rates, and from what I've talked with Kugel it seems like itd still be easier to deal with the incredibly precise timings than it is with the rest of the gameplay on 60

This is making me scared, only because eventually there will be a limit to what's possible. For me it felt like not that long ago when bloodbath was number 1 demon. I beat it in early 2017 and it makes me a little sad that my achievement back then feels like nothing now compared to what players can do today. Returned to GD recently and I was very suprised to see there is still a very dedicated playerbase wanting to make list demons. GL to all (if there's anyone here willing to do one of these list demons)

As of March 8, 2022, here are the news about these demons. Unrelated to video: Sakupen Circles was verified and placed at #1 currently. Verdant Landscape was verified and placed at #11 currently. Hard Machine was verified and placed at #7 currently. Red Class: Keres is harder than Promethean but easier than SARY NEVER CLEAR (placed at #15 currently) Abyss of Darkness got dropped by dils after getting 98 twice - A redecoration got finished, and Trick has 61% on it. Orange Class: Arcturus is easier than Tartarus but harder than Trueffet (placed at #5 currently) Anemesis is currently getting optimizations, Swiborg is still the verifier, and he also has gained ownership of the level entirely. The Apocalyptic Trilogy has received sneak peeks and previews, with even an early version of the level being posted 2 weeks ago. I have found no news about Spectre, sadly. Cosmic Cyclone is easier than Bloodlust but harder than Omega Interface (placed at #31 currently, not even close to The Golden smh) Trueffet is easier than Arcturus but harder than Sonic Wave Infinity (placed at #6 currently, at one point it was harder than Tartarus) Slaughterhouse reverted some nerfs and is harder than Firework, but easier than Sakupen Circles (placed at #2 currently) Aerial Gleam is now being verified by Chattative (he got 46 and 24-100) Void of Thought is verified but not rated yet :( Yellow Class: Silent Circles was given a new verifier, Xanii, who buffed the level (he got 44 and 41-100 on the buffed version) Hybrid's Deimos is still being verified by Blitzer (he got 24-92 and 64-100 i think) Skele's Deimos finally finished decoration. It's been two weeks, here are some changes. Sakupen Circles and Slaughterhouse have swapped, with Slaughterhouse back at #1. Trick managed to get 95 on AoD, aswell as Cursed getting 85. Trueffet and Arcturus have swapped, with Arcturus being at #5 now.
Hey, I'd like to give my thoughts on Eternal Night specifically, as I am quite familiar with the level: I think you'd be mistaken with the placement of Eternal Night specifically. I'd say its ultimately around green class. The official verifier, Swiborg, has a ton of progress on it, whereas other levels in the blue class e.g. Amaterasu and Heliopolis aren't even close to completion yet. In addition, if you are looking into the levels being beaten by anybody, not just the official verifier, I expect Eternal Night to be beaten within one year from this comment. I am actually working on completing it. I have 23, 38-85, and 75-100, playing for 8 months at around 185k attempts currently. I'd say this would push it into the yellow to green class. As far as difficulty, I plan to have my version at least be harder than everything on the list. I've been buffing it somewhat that I haven't really talked about (e.g. making the last click frame perfect). I'd be down to discuss more with you over discord as well as get your opinions on the difficulty of the level compared to the levels you've placed above it. Zregus#1775
Seeing gd come that far, if all of those levels were verified and placed would just be insane, even just seeing a level dethrown tartarus would bee insane. This community is full of extremely talented players
Could you make videos on levels that were top one in difficulty but were either not rated or unfairly misjudged (Lucid nightmares, Phobos, Crimson Planet, ETC.)

Funny how including unrated levels, Tartarus is down at 31, Zodiac is down at 45 and Promethean is out of the top 50. Also Kyouki somehow is the minimum difficulty for a top 5. This game is too hard. Also Dils Thik verified the old version of aod and is now #1 on the unrated demonlist
I'm pretty sure nobody will read this but DOOM by KrizHasALisp is also quite interesting and I think it would be cool to see it more often in videos like this... Also I think you are doing an amazing job and you are producing among the absolute best investigation and editing work this game has seen, so for that, thanks for making great videos.
It's honestly really cool seeing how completely different the actual demon list is from what he predicted, for example Sakupen Circles, which kinda came out of nowhere so it's understandable why it wasn't included. Cool video either way though.

Arcturus goes very well with its theme and the decoration is very atmospheric whereas aod just looks messy and ugly

This is making me scared, only because eventually there will be a limit to what's possible. For me it felt like not that long ago when bloodbath was number 1 demon. I beat it in early 2017 and it makes me a little sad that my achievement back then feels like nothing now compared to what players can do today. Returned to GD recently and I was very suprised to see there is still a very dedicated playerbase wanting to make list demons. GL to all (if there's anyone here willing to do one of these list demons)
Looking back on this now is kind of crazy. Silent Clubstep has just been verified.

Red class: Accurate
Orange class: Kind of accurate but a lot of unreleased ones
Yellow class: A swing and a miss
Green class: Scary accurate just mixed some positions around
Blue class: Not even close lol
Purple class: Not enough time to tell but looks promising (silent clubstep overrated though)

Unrelated to video:
Sakupen Circles was verified and placed at #1 currently.
Verdant Landscape was verified and placed at #11 currently.
Hard Machine was verified and placed at #7 currently.
Red Class:
Keres is harder than Promethean but easier than SARY NEVER CLEAR (placed at #15 currently)
Abyss of Darkness got dropped by dils after getting 98 twice
- A redecoration got finished, and Trick has 61% on it.
Orange Class:
Arcturus is easier than Tartarus but harder than Trueffet (placed at #5 currently)
Anemesis is currently getting optimizations, Swiborg is still the verifier, and he also has gained ownership of the level entirely.
The Apocalyptic Trilogy has received sneak peeks and previews, with even an early version of the level being posted 2 weeks ago.
I have found no news about Spectre, sadly.
Cosmic Cyclone is easier than Bloodlust but harder than Omega Interface (placed at #31 currently, not even close to The Golden smh)
Trueffet is easier than Arcturus but harder than Sonic Wave Infinity (placed at #6 currently, at one point it was harder than Tartarus)
Slaughterhouse reverted some nerfs and is harder than Firework, but easier than Sakupen Circles (placed at #2 currently)
Aerial Gleam is now being verified by Chattative (he got 46 and 24-100)

Silent Circles was given a new verifier, Xanii, who buffed the level (he got 44 and 41-100 on the buffed version)

Down Bass Incarnate has most of it's decoration finished.

Silent Clubstep was nerfed and redecorated to a possible version. It is open-verification and the world records for this level are 14-100 and 65 (Both by Vision)

It's been two weeks, here are some changes.

Trick managed to get 95 on AoD, aswell as Cursed getting 85.
Trueffet and Arcturus have swapped, with Arcturus being at #5 now.

Hey, I'd like to give my thoughts on Eternal Night specifically, as I am quite familiar with the level:
I think you'd be mistaken with the placement of Eternal Night specifically. I'd say its ultimately around green class. The official verifier, Swiborg, has a ton of progress on it, whereas other levels in the blue class e.g. Amaterasu and Heliopolis aren't even close to completion yet.
In addition, if you are looking into the levels being beaten by anybody, not just the official verifier, I expect Eternal Night to be beaten within one year from this comment. I am actually working on completing it. I have 23, 38-85, and 75-100, playing for 8 months at around 185k attempts currently. I'd say this would push it into the yellow to green class.
As far as difficulty, I plan to have my version at least be harder than everything on the list. I've been buffing it somewhat that I haven't really talked about (e.g. making the last click frame perfect). I'd be down to discuss more with you over discord as well as get your opinions on the difficulty of the level compared to the levels you've placed above it. Zregus#1775

Funny how including unrated levels, Tartarus is down at 31, Zodiac is down at 45 and Promethean is out of the top 50. Also Kyouki somehow is the minimum difficulty for a top 5. This game is too hard. Also Dils Thik verified the old version of aod and is now #1 on the unrated demonlist
and now these levels are in these places WITHOUT any unrated levels. WTF
I'm pretty sure nobody will read this but DOOM by KrizHasALisp is also quite interesting and I think it would be cool to see it more often in videos like this...
