Morning Kevin.Pop is da man.😂😂😂😂❤❤❤❤Yard sales are starting to look like retail sales,I guess people see what things are selling for on different platforms and think they have gold mines. No consideration for what it takes to list, clean and ship these items.smh 😂😂
Not to mention that selling online you have the largest market. The best possibility of selling your item for that price because it’s open to the world. A yard sale is going to bring in a hand full of people or MAYBE 100+ if it’s a great location and especially a community sale. But those very few people have to be looking for that specific item AND have the money on them. So many only do cash still and don’t realize how much they’d sell if they also did Venmo or PayPal. But it still requires that SPECIFIC person to come that ONE day they’ll have the sale. That’s why yard sales are known for yard sale prices. They are really meant for people who want their stuff gone and for someone else to deal with it for whatever they want. I appreciate people advertising they are doing a “pop up shop” because I know whether or not I’d find something I’m actually looking for. Won’t waste time or gas. Saying is a rummage or yard sale is not an accurate portrayal of what they’re actually selling IMO.
Kevin you are the best you have the greatest way about you. A marvelous husband and father. Plus your dad. I know your business is great. You know what too buy. Plus so wonderful to the people you buy from.
I've got an idea. Seeing that you buy a lot of plush You should think about a portable vacuum and big black bags to shrink for more room in your truck.. Love your videos..
I bought something at a yard sale recently. It looked brand new in original packaging. Not only was it used, it didn't work. Refunded the buyer. Hate when this happens.
Run the stuffed through the dryer.. High heat will kill germs and any possible vermin. Just a thought Kevin. Kudos to Pops for all his help and packing skills. Great to have that kind of help for the price of breakfast or lunch.💕🇺🇲🙏
You oughta keep that exxon stuff. I bet that's the only one left like that with the paperwork in that condition! We're getting to the age where that stuff can't be found anymore!
Hey Kevin, do you keep some kind of record of cost when garage selling? does the IRS require that for write off inventory purchases? Asking because I'm a newbie worried about being prepared for tax season. Love your channel bro!
00:40 Those are "indian clubs", not for juggling. My old-fartitis means I didn't need to look. :-) The oil cans were for railroad engines or other really big machinery. They'd be a bear to ship, but if the road name was embossed ... $$$. 20:42 Forget selling it - Enemaman emboidered hats!
I look at those "stuffed" kids toys and think of the snotty nosed wee ones that cuddled them and all of a sudden I come down with a cold! With that in mind and the amount of things you buy have ever considered building a "disinfecting" room so your buyers know they are getting good clean items? After all, how many times have you bought something from a thrift store only to find brain matter on it because it came from a room where someone killed themselves with a gun?
Wow everyone has so much stuff I’m saving my money not buying anything have loads I need to sell . Market is saturated especially all the goodwills and savers around getting everything for nothing and selling. Crazy CEO’s are making 6 figures rediculous the rich get richer that’s my idea this is happening all over. Saving 100 bills lol not buying to much just a tip

Those are Persian Clubs. They are for strength training
Love the color and size of the Kate Spade! Did you buy it?
I thought I was seeing things but nope. Pop's took off his pants at a yard sale. I think the lady in the background was surprised too.
Run the stuffed through the dryer..
High heat will kill germs and any possible vermin.

Not an accountant. At the very least, you need to keep track of how much you spend on your inventory, and how much you sell it for.
@@barbaramelone1043 thank you! i do that currently, i wasn't sure if my word was enough or if i needed an official record for proof
Holy holy. Did he just round UP from 58 to 60$. WOW.

$30 for two erasers? Incredible!
First sale was selling coors light??
Hi from Darla❤❤❤😊
Use a vacuumed bag to ship it amazon does it
This is the first time watching. Can anyone tell me if they sell off of donation stores?
If you watch his videos you’ll see where he gets all of his inventory.
Buy the sugarskull purse. I want
Cool grabs 🎉
Surgeror thread is pricy. When you sell them include thread and ask more.
Thread gets old, though, and can start to fall apart. I wouldn't pay for thread that I didn't know the age.
Hello Kitty erasers😮😮
Hello Kitty 💜💜
Poor Jane West, probably was driving around in that gig and lost that leg poor dear.
I could watch all day, but you’d pass out from content making, so I’ll take what you can give. Later Kevin.😅
I’ve sold two of those big sloths for about $30 each.
Lol I’ll pay you a dollar a piece and sell em for a minimum of 10 a piece, 😂
think they were called indian clubs
