Dear Frank, ive bought several Seenheiser and love the. lately about 50 days ago ive bought the Momentum 4 and since last week im loosing connection or glitch coming out. ive check for maybe for update them but it is fully updated. What's the problem? Thank you

do they have the same filters like mtw3 or has this issue been resolved? asking for a friend
Hi! Happy to answer this one for your friend ;) Are you referring to the batteries?
The investigation we undertook to determine the cause of MTW3 failure yielded the discovery that led to a change in battery supplier. Mitigation measures were then implemented. As we do not manufacture batteries ourselves, we have combined MTW3 customer feedback with extensive testing of defective units to exhaustively examine our battery supplier standards and processes. We have since selected a new, trusted partner while disqualifying the prior supplier from MTW4 and all future Sennheiser projects. As a secondary measure, an alternative redundant battery source has been developed and qualified under these new standards.
