Just finished my trunk pan on my 64 chrysler a couple weeks ago. Complete trunk rebuild, 3/4 interior floor rebuild... Just moved onto body sanding and dent filling. Keep up the good work.
Great update. I'm having a similar problem with my 1960. The motor is stuck, and I have a newer one, but I'm not looking forward to swapping the crank shafts. Keep the content coming 👍
The transmission mount crossmember on 727 cars are slightly different from the cast iron 466 cars. I'm currently building a 426 wedge for my 300G and am switching up to a 1965 727 but also a complete 1965 rear end converting to front disc brakes. I restored my rust free G back in 1995 and it doesn't have the correct eng/trans so I don't feel bad changing them. Looking forward to following your build. All the best.
We have very similar interests…I too have a red Impala and I am currently working on a 1962 Chrysler as well…Good stuff!!!

Awesome job. I've been watching them as soon as I see them go up. Trunk pan looks just about identical to my 61.

The A727 was good up to 600HP. She'll take it.
