I like your home size and Style of the home of the wood look of the interior and also the exterior of your home this is the kind of home I am looking for in Subic Bay. what is the going price for a lease title homes like yours or how much do you think it will cost and US dollars to have a home built similar to yours the exterior and interior.
Maybe it is a problem with the title.
Foreigners cannot own these homes. They can lease for 50 years with a possible 25 year renewal. Who wants to pay "rent" and have nothing to pass to their kids and or family after 50-75 years of leasing (basically paying rent.)

+villasisbacag Yes Americans can buy in Subic Bay just need to sign a contract and pay the money. Recommend a lawyer and that you seek independent legal advice as I am not one.
when you say you can buy "property" do you just mean the "home" or "home and LOT" I heard that the land will never be yours. its a long term lease or something like that. Also how do we contact you directly?
