I had this bag and loved the squeezabilty of the bag. My main complaint was the corner wear that happened with very little use. I had the all black...I miss the feel of the bag itself. I did go on and bought the chanel 19 and it's no where near the same puffy/feel and much more subdued.
I have both they are entirely different bags as similar as they are the Lou puffer is more trendy in my humble opinion but the college I believe will past the text of time 😉

Hi Kat, that same thing happened to me when I made my first purchase through the company. My credit card company flagged the purchase and then texted me to confirm it was me. I confirmed and it was still declined. I reached out to customer service and they were wonderful and just said they ran it a second time and it went through. I’m guessing this is an issue they will need to fix eventually.

I’m looking for a brown bag, but the picture in the website looks so boring, the leather looks so dull and matt, nothing like this video. YSL really should consider updating their pictures to do the bag justice.

I have the same problem with sunblock. I had to purchase special cleaner for my car because the same thing happens to the inside of the car doors and actually on the outside too! Very annoying, but I have to use sunblock.

I looked for the cream one today while at Nordstrom but they were sold out. I tried the smaller version in a beautiful grey, but it doesn't have the double chain, so it's no. I also went into Chanel but they only had the white 19 in the medium and that's too big for me. So no bag purchase today, only a pair of white Chanel sneakers! Yikes!
This was an excellent review. I have the YSL Niki bag and the magnet is also super strong. I was worried that the leather would pull away over time so I put two layers of clear tape on it to break the connection a little bit so I don’t have to pull so hard to open it. It’s an easy fix and can be removed so no worries about resale value. I’ve had my eye on the puffer for awhile and plan to get the black on black sometime soon. TFS!

i bought the ysl puffer in red, small size from uk online website too! i save over $400plus and yes its ex to buy at the spore boutique. i am loving my bag as well! once, it rains heavily and i gotta quicly wiped it with tissue. phhewww
At least the scratches are mostly on the inside flap. That means they are not glaringly obvious. They didn't even show in the video until you mentioned them. Thank you for the video!

@@KatL Just received the puuuuuffer bag from selfridges - it’s gorgeous and squishy - I love it. It holds all my items from my small puzzle bag, I think it’s capacity is slightly less than the small puzzle bag.
I absolutely love this bag, great review !! I have it in the small soft cream colour with the cream hardware and it's so beautiful. Only downside is that it is calfskin so it doesn't feel as luxurious as the lambskin.. I'll definitely be adding the black in my collection the future.

Hi Kat 👋 I have this bag in medium size. Yes, the magnetic closure is so strong which can be difficult to open. I put a layer of sellotape (cut it to round shape) to cover one of the magnetic closure to loosen the grip a bit. Try that ☺️ Btw, love the leather, so hug’able 🥰
Good idea about the sellotape. I shall copy it as well. My bottega magnetic closure has the same problem after 3 years. I never have to worry about pickpockets as it wasn't the easiest bag to open. Lol
OMG such a good hack! I have a WOC which I have struggled to open in the past 3 years *cry* Everytime I pry it open, I worry about the whole magnetic closure tearing through the lambskin. Do you paste the sellotape on the flap side or the other side?
