The best thermal sailplanes are the pulsar sailplanes with only rudder control that is only 2.5 meters to 3.2 meters long with spoilers. It’s best to fly sailplanes between 0 to 9 mph winds and temperatures of 75 to 85 degrees. Anything higher, you will be dealing with density altitude or hot air and poor performance. At least climb to 50 to 75 feet to catch or practice thermaling. Good Luck

There's no better practice to finding thermals than to start at a low altitude.
What's the difference between this and the Grafas Maxi?
