If you find the right moment, I cannot describe with words how extreamly challenging, funny and anatomically interesting is to move our pelvis for those like us who have been trained to lock it in anterior tilt. Drawing 8 and ♾️ with the iliac crests and forcing lumbar lordosis is such a delicious guilty pleasure. Try it if you can, you' ll love it! 🧛🏻♀️🖤

The choreo is BEAUTIFUL, and really hard, but I would love to try with a long skirt with lots of shining tiny mirrors and metal pieces shaking. This teacher dances smoothly and gorgeously 😊
