you sir, are a genius machinist
My best and most humble respect to you Sr, This is a true mechanical jewel ,, Orfevreria mechanica,, it shows the deep roots of your culture. ernst.
Simply stunning!
The best model engine I have yet seen.
Amazing. It's great to see such fine, hand-built craftsmanship. Very impressive. Thank you for sharing with us!
Beautiful! A true masterpiece, mechanically as well as esthetically!
Thank you for sharing such beautiful craftsmanship. Your work is the best I have seen, I am speechless. I could sit and watch your little engines run all day.
James from Mid-coast Maine.
Engineering art with a little bit of soul.
Very amazing, Find. It really looks (and sounds) nice.
Very nicely done... Great job. Beautiful work.
very nice little engine.....small details are exquisite....top notch...
wonderful work, and I am greatful that you shared with all of us! thankyou!
Fantastic work I have to say. I've seen all your videos and find it amazing that all your models run so smooth. Good luck and all the best for the next models you are going to build! :)
Wonderful engine. Sounds great and workmanship is tops.
Congratulations ! Beautiful and amazing work !
Absolutely beautiful. Fine work man. :)
Fantastic craftsmanship! thank you for sharing. I would love to see more detail on the injector and plunger fuel pump one day.
this is a fine machine. I watched your semidiesel engine video as well
Beautiful work
I like the little oiler. Very nice engine.
Beautiful as always.
well done, you really have done well.
Love it! i love the craftmanship
Wow stunning great work done , nice.
Verry great engine, perfekt in all details! Thank you for this Video
@boksermotor Fantastic, even more amazing that no castings are used! Thanks for the reply! I did go to you website and enjoyed the more in depth explanations you have put up! Keep up the great work, always thrilled to see a video from you!
Beautiful engine, I would love to make one in the future
Can't pick a favourite but that model is really something
The Ultimate in crafsmanship, thanks for sharing. :)
Well done! Great job.
sehr gute Arbeit !!
Another masterpiece!
Very nice work indeed!
Thank you for your fine commonts
How incredibly beautiful.
Truly amazing!
simply stunning
Very Nice. I love all your engines! They're great. This engine sounds like my Lanz Bulldog. It's a 1cylindre Diesel engine, too.
this is beautiful
splendid and beautiful
Thank you for your fine comment, and yes it is a direct-injection diesel
Thank you for your comment. The engine could run so fast until it broke down, but I
like it to run as slow as possible so I can count the rev.
Thank you for your fine comments
Espectacular!!!!! Este hombre me hace ver que hay INVENTORES, AUN
Thank you for your fine comments.
Very nice engine! runs smooth, piece of art.
it kinda looks like your semi-diesel, but it isn't the same.
So satisfying please make a video about how you made fuel injectors
Thank you for your fine comment, yes I have tried diesel, and the engine runs, but with a little more smoke, because of the non professional home build injector.
You're welcome. I can imagine its very hard to make an injector for that size engine. Even the injectors on big diesels have very small parts.
Amazing.
Thank you for your fine comment, and the fuel is injected like it is in an ordinary "big" diesel engine
Thank you for your fine comment
Thank you for your fine comments. Some years ago I builb a two stroke air colled opposed piston gasolin engine, with high tention ignition, and perhaps I should make a video of this. Right now I plane to build a two stroke diesel engine.
Thank you for your fine comments. Many have asked for my engine drawings, but I feel
more or les that this is "My engines".
I can understand that.
Thank you.
@sidecrank Hello Side crank, thank you for your fine comment, I use 20-50 castrol,
or 20-50 penrite an Austral made engine oil.
Thank you for your fine comment.
Mr. Hanson, first, as of all your engines, stunning craftsmanship! Your are a very talanted man! Are any of your engines parts cast? Im guessing lots of machine work and some welding? Can you make a video of the injection systems you use? Many of us followers are very intrtested in that alone! And lastly, your brass work is amazing too, how do you form such things like the tapered spout on you oil can? Thank you very much for sharing your marvelous mechanincal art-works with us!
nice one
@robinhooodvsyou Thank you for your fine comment, and yes the engine has 6
piston rings
Thank you for you fine comments, but I am sorry, I du not have avaleble engine plans yet.
@billygotgrove Thank you for your fine comment, and I started building engines in
1986.
Havr you ever thought of usi g one of these amasing little engines to power something, like a sewing machine? Or and air compressor. Or maybe a lathe to make more parts for itself! Thank you for the great videos and inspiration!
@PumbaRuben Thank you for your fine comment
@cffellows Hello Chuck, thank you for your fine comment, I made the hole engine
stronger, to with stand a pressure at about 70 ato. and I had to make a useful injector.
@propanemower13 Thank you for your comment, it is difficult to climb into an engine
with a bore of only 20 mm to see the injector from the inside.
@jack9102 Thank you for your fine comment, and I do like the Hornsby-Akroyd
engine too very much.
Amazing job! Have you ever thought of using the compression adjustment lever to hold the intake valve open while you spin the engine up to speed with no compression, and then restoring compression?
My compliments! Not only excellent design skills, but most impressive machining skills.
Any chance we'll ever see a 2-stroke opposed piston engine?
@QCTechnologies Thank you for your fine comment
@K1ll3rM4st3r Thank you for your fine comment
@TheElectricnoob Thank you for your fine comment
@MrLSFan1 Thank you for your fine comment
@barumman Thank you for your fine comment.
@AlfistaWayne Thank you for your fine comment
This engine is both amazing and beautiful. Sir I applaud your skill and craftsmanship. Have you ever considered making drawings for your engine?
@page1of1 Thank you for your fine comments, many have asked if I would sell or
give away my engine drawings but I am sorry.
@steamwally Thank you for your fine comment
@05clenharth Thank you for your fine comment
@lomtafix Thank you for your fine comment
@mytmousemalibu Thank you for your fine comments, and non as you say of my engine parts are cast but fabricated, it gives you more freedom to make parts, and then
if necessary change something.
@n7275 Thak you for your fine comment
@goggolinchen Thank you for your fine comment
@SirGalahadGeek Than you for your fine comment
Mr Hanson, your engines are amazing. I love the low RPM they can run at. I am very curious to see your injector pump and injector design as the next engine I build will be a true diesel aswell. If you have a design on paper would you concider selling me a copy?? Once again, Beutiful engine and thank you for sharing.
Some of the best craftsmanship i've ever seen. I'm just curious have you tried running it on diesel fuel?
Very complete combustion!
@mrstuart143 Thank you for toyr fine comment
Perfection! Thank you. May I ask what lubricating oil you use?
I want to see what the other side of the Injector looks like that actually sprays the fuel and the spray pattern.
can send the plans to make this model in solidworks
Your engines are amazing. How long have you been building and machining things like this?
Nice steampunk look and cool sound. Masterpiece. Do you sell those models?
Very nice, Find, typical of your outstanding craftsmanship. What changes did you make to earlier designs to make a true working diesel? Chuck
its amazing but i dont understand how the fuel is injected
@mytmousemalibu Again thank you for your fine comment. If you would like to know more about my model making, please visit the internet craftsmanship museum, I got
member there 2010 look for Find Hansen
What a stunning Model of Diesels first running Motor!!!
This extraordinary Work absolutely fascinates me!
I always wanted to build such a Diesel engine myself, but I didn´t find plans;
Is it possible to get them from you?
@klaustand Hej Klaus. tak for dine rosende ord om min nye Diesel
-That`s an awesome engine !, does it have piston rings ?
A engrenagem de comando e a da ponta do eixo virabrequim tem quantos dentes?
how to adjust fuel timing...ie about fuel injection pmp how to control timing of fuel
