This video makes me have to go to the bathroom! I can’t stop wetting the bed! I’m so embarrassed!! 😳 Time to go to the bathroom! Any kind of water noises makes me have to pee!!

Hey, it’s alright to have an accident! Just clean up the mess and then when you do sit or stand for a wee, practice contracting your muscles to stop your flow of wee into the toilet. It helps a lot in gaining better bladder control!
