Nailed it. I love how just adding that extra sequencer step around 4min brings a new dynamic to the piece. The Forse records are such great inspiration. Scappa is what I dove into when I first got an easel
Thanks so much! My only regret is not having a tuner laying around when I recorded this.. so it's a bit out of tune but maybe adds a little charm. Haha
Hey man! I'm sorry to bother you but I connected so much with your music. Do you mind telling me your experience using the make noise system vs the buchla system? I want to buy a system to make ambient music, but here in brazil it's really expensive and I don't have access to test, so I would love to hear from someone who uses both systems
Hi there, no bother at all. Sorry to just see your comment. They are really different systems. To me, the Easel feels like a more natural/intuitive musical instrument to learn and I just love the sound of the oscillators and frequency modulation. It's also simpler and with way less patch points, so it's relatively easy to make patch notes for a piece I've created and be able to recreate it quickly at a later time. The Shared System is amazing but I didn't take as naturally to it. It feels like a bit more "work" to come up with a piece using it. It's also way more work to make notes on patches and recreate one later with full accuracy. The Shared System is great but more of an endless sound design palette where the Easel feels like an instrument you can just start playing and make music quite quickly. I hope that helps.

my favorite song of all time. I periodically search for covers and now I have one. Beautiful work.
Ahhh wow! Thank you so much. It's an incredible piece for sure and I'm so glad you enjoyed this rendition.
Spot on ! Really lovely.
Thanks Jerome! Thrilled to finally have one after years of thinking about it.
Great stuff. I know exactly where you’re coming from. Thanks for posting. Reiterates my feeling about covering it…haha
Cheers, thank you!!
