I agree 100& I'm a 69yo Australian & was lucky enough to see Nina perform live in London,England in the late 60's.This was in a venue in Brixton,London called The Ram Jam Club. She was mesmerising & had the audience in the palm of her hands. She has such a powerful presence & would stop playing if anyone spoke too loudly etc. It definetly was one of the very best concerts that i saw in London & that included concerts with Tom Jones,Traffic,Donovan & others. I will always remember that moment!

God blessed me with the opportunity to experience her live, in Atlanta one summer night at the Fox theater. I truly appreciate, & love her unconditionally
the song "cotton eyed joe" originated in the mid 1800's. it was sang by slaves on plantation farms. also sung by (some) soldiers leaving for the war. she sung this beautifully!
