Sure, you need to go to Parts tab, and there there is a Parts Appearance, then when you click there you will see All Parts, then you click on it and at the third tab from the upper side you will see house style and everyrhing you can apply at one go to all tabs
Watch all the video, I show everything to have its layout in this way during the video. Splitting parts is another subject which soon I will make another video dedicated to it, bests

You didn't show how you created the Flute 2/Piccolo part from the full score. The video started with that part already fixed. It's kinda confusing
