A celebrity makeup artist? Sure lol. You should NEVER mix foundation with moisturiser (until it’s specifically made for the purpose). The bases should be applied on after the other! Plus HE IS BLOWING ON THE BRUSHES!!! How absurd is that?? NEVER blow on your brushes. It makes it so so so unhygienic. Blowing on your brushes makes even the cleanest brushes, dirty af.
