I just purchased the jba midpipes for my charger hellcat, only difference is that I have the Corsa extreme as my catback. I am so pumped to get it installed
Awesome! I have the corsa extreme now and tried it with the catless downpipes. Have you noticed with the corsa extreme that around 1400 rpms @ warmup idle or hold the accelerator in the spot there is a rough idle? I have that as well as a slight cabin vibration @900 rpms. When I switched the stock rear resonators back on it went away. I have done some research and learned that the corsa extreme is more of a muffler not a resonator so its leaving some frequencies alive and causing a really bassy vibe back there. I have been researching it and was going to do a video on it soon.
Driveway Demons I have that rough idle on initial warmup! The interior overhead lights (if I have them on during warmup), dim if I lightly tap the gas during warmup! The cabin vibrations I do not have! How do the midpipes sound with the Corsa?!
I keep getting a CEL light even after putting two o2 extenders. My guy cleared the code for me but came back after driving back home smh. Is there a way I can bypass it ?
Jerry Rocha It’s our damn rear o2 sensors smh we need a tune and unlocked pcm to get rid of that CEL. I have a oil change coming up and I know the dealer is going to throw out my warranty
I enjoy mine on my 1320 scatty,no mufflers and no resonators. The smell not so much. Going through tunnels the windows are up,cause it so damn loud on wot.😆🤘
Thanks bro. Just buy two spark plug non foulers, then drill one out the bottom hole and elongate it large. Screw oxygen sensor into it then screw that modded fouler into the other one. That's a home made version it works.
On Highhorseperformance the picture of this part number has 4 02 sensors ports but on this picture it has 2. im confused, because your link has it sold out . so i needed to source it somewhere else.
What if I striped the bolt. How can I remove it? I tried taking it off but it was really rusted. I used the female torque 8th but it was to rusted and that’s when I messed up
Hey guys i got a queston. Why not just hollow out ur cats. Cus after u do that, they will be just pipes. And isnt that the same as buying new one with no cats. Cant u just hollow them and use them instead of buying a new uncatted midpipe. Thanks
Because then you have a big expansion chamber that disturbs the flow and doesn't do you much good. You COULD cut off the inlet pipe, destroy the honeycomb (which is FAR more difficult that you might think), then add a piece of straight pipe to avoid the expansion chamber effect, get it back on the car and then re-weld the inlet pipe. A lot of extra work though.

Plug in all 4. Double stack the 2 non-foulers on the 2 front 02 sensors.
