Rob looks a proper dude! Brilliant 👍 wonder if you could drill some small holes in the sprayer mirrors, james looks a happy baby! Must have some a great mum n dad❤
Would be interested to hear in a video how you work out the staffing. You all seem to work just about everyday but I assume you give the lads time off to make up for working times like this bank holiday weekend when you need to work when the weather is good or long hours in the summer. 👍
As we know farming is not a 9-5 monday to friday job. Everything depends on the weather, that's where Ollys dedicated team come to the front. Also the more hours they work the more money they earn. Good committed staff are hard to find and Olly looks a decent bloke to work for.
@@avafw60 If paid by the hour then that would be the case, more hours = more pay but if salaried then they may not get more, all depends on the terms of employment. Some videos like recently when the weather was bad they all seemed to still come in rather than have the day off or reduced hours. That's why I think it would be interesting to learn more about this aspect. For example, are they paid by the hour, is there a set number of hours a week then the rest is classed as over time, different rates of pay at the weekend/bank holidays, are they salaried so hours becomes largely irrelevant, are there bonuses, health insurance included, housing included etc I agree Olly comes across as a decent bloke to work for and all his staff seem happy to work the hours required to get the job done regardless of how long it takes or the weather.
96% today Olly managed to get my sunburn on my face 🥵 from laying slabs 😂. Great content as always can’t beat a bit of tractor racing around the fields 😂🚜💨👍🏻
Your Sumo does an good job The crops are doing well isn’t grand when you get something done at long last Your wheat is looking well You’ve had a very busy Easter. Ollie don’t blame you getting as much sown as you can who. Knows what the weather Is going to do I love Your little boy James smile. Isn’t he cute I’m feeling 95% today another great video Ollie
When working land in this country with our hit and miss weather and forecasts, you have to take any little opportunity of it being dry to get on and work the ground and get crops in.
On the fert today got all the early cut done only just dry enough had to reduce rate needs to be off in a month sunshine has brought the Easter trippers out they can’t understand why I get grumpy at them for parking at the end of the drive and blocking it when you say about paying to park they get grumpy call you names and drive off
How come you haven’t put the weight block back on the Claas ?? Is it due to the ground being wet and maybe it will get bogged down?? Don’t know please inform us. Best farming channel on UA-cam except for Charlotte Ashley maybe 🤔 lol
Rob had probably left the socket set there on purpose so he could go up to the hen party!!
Wont be single for long 🤣
We need an interview with Rob saying what he did in the Antartic, maybe he'd get some extra love interest😂😂
Will do
Definitely interested in Robs adventures in Antarctica 👍 its the type of place that has such a reputation
Should have used ur new bucket tool to fill him up 😮
Cracking little smile James 😊Rob definitely was due a haircut 😂👍👍
Lots of big equipment. Happy Easter Olly!

Love watch your class xerion but I was wondering what it would sound like if it had 2 exhausts on it than the one it's got
Not sure
It's a pity farmer's couldn't get a consortium together and buy the fertiliser factory and start producing their own . 🤔 or isn't it possible ?
It’s to expensive to re commission it tbh
@@OllyBlogsAgricontractfarmer sad isn't it 😔
Good video 👍 80%.
Is it possible to break a n axle carrying an implement on the back of the tractor ? With the way they bounce
Dunno we

Do you loose much in terms of yield/end product by having tram lines?
Not really
Has your sprayer got auto steer, quite hard to see the tramlines in the wheat
Yes
Boom
When that dew is falling from the mirror and going right down the back of your neck, you should put a hoodie on an that won't happen
Oh yer
What was Rob up to in Antarctica? Other than being a Kurt Russel impersonator
Play in cards

Don’t need it on unless it’s larger kit tbh
Was that Rob holding Zoe or Jesus?
Its more stupid that the Fert can be imported cheaper rather than be made in this country
