- Hello CraftDee Family! For This DIY project, I was challenged to make some décor that would fit in a small bathroom with limited space, so I came up with this shelf ensemble. I wanted this piece to have multiple functions, but also be space conservative. This shelf features two floating shelves, a crate container and a removable towel bar. I will also show your how to give those Dollar Tree signs a realistic wood grain look! For your convenience, I have provided the list of the supplies and tools used to make this project below.

I really like the wood grain and drilling pilot holes into the saw-tooth hangers. All in all, this is a very well done project!!

I know this is off topic, but this would make a great toilet paper holder and the shelves could be used to hold a cell phone, and a little cup for tampons.
Love this idea! I actually considered it to work as a TP holder, but the bar is narrow. It may only hold a roll 1/4 full.

You did a great job!!! When I seen the picture to show you had a video I swore the wood was real and was thinking that will be to many things I don't have or I can do. Man was I surprised!!! Instead of the bathroom I will be using it to put my species on. I don't have a lot of counter space for tiers tray. How fantastic. ( the sunflowers caught my eyes to look at your video. I love them.

I really love this ensemble and I'm going to try the painting technique. I have modern coastal decor but I think if I go for a lighter "wood" color and spray paint the shelving pieces white it could work. Thank you for the inspiration.
