so, for the present value obligation example.. would the present value of 25,274 be the amount i borrowed and need to pay back with interest ect?

Thank you so much for this video. I have a question prof. Why did you said the credit card balance at 2% was not recommended because it’s expensive. How is it expensive ? I’d like to know the concept behind it please
