Good stuff man! What would you consider as basic necessary equipment? Any specific recommendations would be awesome too in terms of products or brands you trust as someone with your experience...

Thank you, Brandon! You can start with something as simple as a good phone. Phones these days take awesome video. Also use a bright naturally lit room or film outside. Get a cheap tripod with a gadget that holds the phone. And that is enough to get most people started. It all depends on what kind of videos you want to make. The Canon M50 is a great vlogging camera, tons of UA-camrs still use that camera. If you look in the video description of this video, I think I have a list of some of my equipment I use. I think you can compare yourself to other and try to get inspired from people who already "made it". But just keep in mind that all journies är different

Yeah, it all depends on how you approach it. It certainly can be inspiring, but it also can be a huge detriment.
