Squarebody K10 drivable again after sitting for 16 years. 6.2 Diesel to 350/4-speed swap

I’m swapping out the old broken 6.2 diesel in my Chevrolet Squarebody K10 for a 350 small block.
The Truck already had a sm465 4-speed gearbox
