I didn't think indonesians also use" bag_ice ". Its so good. Im using home made ice bag too because ice from factory is not clean. If you want juice look better color you should peel all red skin . In Việt Nam we have a peel tool that just take a very slim layer from skin & keep sugar cane still be hard for presssing .

Lots of work and certainly worth it! I do agree that the machine is very dangerous to use... it should be retrofitted with as much safety features as possible, or re-designed entirely

. Actually they have new safer machine but the new makes less favor juice. It sounds so strange but actually truth because the different in pressing way makes different favor.
