I fixed the issue, try to connect and let it time out then go to your WiFi and a new network will appear with a long name of numbers and letters. Once I connected to this and then went back to the app it was connected and worked fine

I tried all my best it didn't record and keep saying SD card not available i even formatted it . nothing but wasting money

I think this is a scam- worked on it for an hour and got know where. The instructions are terrible
