Sorry to say so, but this is not Polish barbeque. Come to Poland in May, meet some locals, get invited for a grill party and enjoy the real thing. This is not even close to the whole experience. It's is more than just food, and this food, as I've said, doesn't compare to what is should be.
Eastern Europe idea is actually beef i dont Know were everybody got the idea of just pork and one egg,beef and lots of eggs in eastern Europe.move to east india and eat just pork.
