I used EXAMFX for health and life. I completed the course in 2021. I ended up having to take care of my family by staying home. ExamFX said no problem, I could access my certificate for 2 years. It’s within 2 years and they won’t release my certificate because, get this, I didn’t request my certificate previously. Just last week the CSR told me “wow you completed the course, you should have access to ther certification for 2 years” I talked to Melissa today, she’s very rude. She told me I’m going to have to spend my money again. Fat chance. I asked to talk to a Manager, she refused and said there wasn’t a manager. I called back and talked to another CSR and they said Melissa was the manager, she didn’t disclose that.
I was like one week! Wow then I figured she wasn’t in Texas 😅 Texas has to be LIFE and HEALTH and there’s 13 long chapters. It’s been a week and I’m down 6 chapters but I’m exhausted 😩 I’m a try her way for the rest of the 7 chapters. State exam for Texas is life and health 145 questions 2.5 hours 70% passing. Wish me luck and thanks for the pointers!
