Made this and used honey instead of brown sugar and added some hot pepper since I like spicy. Man thus came out so good, my roommate couldn't believe how easy it was! Thanks

This was wonderful! Moving this to my tried and tested yummy list. Used white wine instead of rice wine, lessened soy sauce, and added a bit of chicken stock. 😄 superb! My hubby and 8 year old loved it!

I did try it and they were really good. I always put my own spin on things. I used Bell Peppers, Zucchini and Asparagus. No Mushrooms. I never liked them. Kinda Asian-Hawaiian flavor.
Can't wait to make this. I was looking for something with some of the flavor profile of Chinese braised duck and this seems, at the very least, the beginnings of that--or maybe even the final product itself! It looks scrumptious! Can't wait!

Whew! This Dish Down LOL!!! Dish cooling off and looks good yes!!! Umm I think I went over board with the onion gulp? I did purchase shallots? However I chopped 3/4 of a regular onion yikes ( bout drunk ain't paying attention Oops) along with cutting the shallots to look like your onion type? Anyways Yea! I hope it tastes good? I'll see while it's cooling off while I start on your Blue Berry Cookies( my husband said he never heard of blueberry Cookies? I told him? ******He's in for a treat! they gonna melt in your mouth!!! Tehehe Thx for helping me shine COOL,!!!
