- This video captures my full experience of my flight on Sri Lankan Airlines flying from Chennai India to Colombo Sri Lanka. This video is comprehensive and shows the full flight including the service, food, drinks, cabin configuration, business class seats and staff interaction. Sri Lankan Airline crew and their service is still unbeatable. They were awarded as the best airliner when it comes to the service. Sri Lankan airline is struggling with not keeping up with other airliners having a small fleet and hardtime replacing their fleet with newer planes.But considering it's size airliner made significant profits last years. when other airliners struggling they made profits even in covid times by temporarily focusing on cargo transportation. I heard they finnaly has decided to order new planes as they plans to retire some of their heavily used aircrafts near future.

Sri Lankan Airlines crew have always been exceptional and I have flown them numerous times in both economy and business class.
They are friendly, professional, kind and fantastic with kids!
It's wonderful to see that even through difficult times and with less profits than other airlines, their service is still impeccable.
I am really looking forward their new aircraft and experiencing their new fleet as well.
