I recently stayed at Ambrose Villa for one night, and here's my review:
The only positive aspect of Ambrose Villa was its ambiance, which created a pleasant atmosphere during our stay.
However, I encountered several issues that left me disappointed with the villa:
1) One of the main issues was the lack of clear signboards leading to the villa. It would have been helpful to have signboards placed several kilometres before the main road turnoff, as this would have made it much easier to find the property, especially for first-time visitors like myself.
2) The absence of a mini fridge in the villa limited our options for storing food and drinks.
3) The food was disappointingly oily, and portion sizes were small, considering the high prices. This made it feel like we didn't get good value for our money when it came to meals.
4) Surprisingly, for an expensive villa, there was no provision of bath kits or dental kits, which is expected for a comfortable stay.
5) Inconsistencies in pricing were noted, as the owner changed the rates according to public holidays, despite a different rate being mentioned for weekdays in the policy.(On Monday, which was Gandhi Jayanti, we went to Ambrose Villa. She gave me a price range of 6500 for Monday through Thursday, but when we came, she raised the price by 1000 because it was a holiday. I told her that she could not adjust the amount to suit her preferences; still, she agreed and took only 6500. )
6) The villa required an 80% advance payment, which seemed excessive and inflexible.
7) Furthermore, the delay in refunding the security deposit, which was supposed to be returned within 24 hours but took over 48 hours even after multiple attempts to contact the staff, added to the overall inconvenience.
In conclusion, while Ambrose Villa has a pleasing ambiance, the numerous issues I encountered during my stay, including poor communication, subpar amenities, and pricing discrepancies, overshadowed this positive aspect. I would recommend considering these factors before booking a stay at this villa.

Hey there have a kitchen inside the property bamboosa or santorini and can eat nonveg food in house? And amenities like loud speaker are there or not please tell me because I plan to visit on this month with my friends
There's no kitchen inside the stay, there's a pure veg restaurant in the premise as shown in the video. Also speakers you can call and confirm once because when we visited they weren't there 👍🏻

There is a theme based veg restaurant on the wheels !! in the property, You can order veg food from ALA CARTE or we have a package of lunch / breakfast / dinner for pp / pn for rs 1000/- also. You can enjoy the inhouse games available at the resort with your family and friends to your fullest. Ambrose is 30 mins away from karjat station & appx 80km from Mumbai. U can easily get auto/cabs from station to Ambrose.

Had visited this place last month. We stayed in Bamboosa...the scenic beauty and design of villas is too good, but there is too much scope of improvement on other points.
Location - 4/5
Villa - 3/5 (Design and interiors are attractive but hygeine can be better, sofa cushions were stinking)
Food - 1/5 this is the most disappointing thing, high prices, they take 1.5 to 2 hours to deliver food, not tasty, limited options. I was surprised to see that the staff opened kitchen at 9.30 am in the morning, and conveniently delivered breakfast after 10.30 am. If you have kids and elders with you, its a complete no no to visit as food availability is basic requirement.
There is power cut off in the area middle of the night, we were without lights for 45 mins in the mid night.
They take security deposit and dont return it on time, i had to follow up.
Overall not so good experience for us.
Very funny check in time 2 o clock n chk out time10 o'clock, it's not even 20 hrs for dis amount
Extremely arrogant Owner. Expensive deal...none meals included. Who takes deposit these days! Non refundable Prepayments

Looks horrible. No trees and a worthwhile garden. Wonder what kind of "theme" they are talking about without any trees & plants
hey i understand where your opinion is coming from and even i would have loved more natural greenery around, thank you for sharing your review, hope the property management considers it positively and works towards it. 😊🥰 This place is amazing as it is but adding more trees and plants will add the "chaar chaand" to it 🫶🏻🤗

Main kyu bada chadha ke batau Bhai, jo hai video me saaf saaf dikhaya hai, so that people get the most realistic view inside the property, rest choice is on the interested people, no pressure 😁✌🏻
