Also the Ukriane didn't sign this treaty either and of course ukriane army is literally using the exact same soviet artillery rockets as Russia too, since they were a part of the Soviet Union 30 years ago afterall. Theyre far more destructive to people rather than buildings or battlements. The worst part is that they can scatter small cluster bombers over entire cities and countryside areas leaving them undetonated for up to hours or almost days, inadvertently killing many civilians with timed fuses. And many of them look like toys or fidget spinners, which brings them into the hands of small children and teenagers who don't know any better. It's evil.
Those "metal boxes" around the t-90 that protect it, are actually C4 bombs, that during impact lessen the damage by creating outwards projection with an outwards explosion away from the tank. That's how it protects the tank. It's not some medieval armor, that will do nothing to modern missiles.

It's worth noting that Russia's tank losses result from the ineptitude of their COs to deploy infantry to counter anti-tank missiles fired by troops with NLAWs. As Simple History noted, the NLAWs are stealthy and easy to utilize, making it incredibly easy for several concealed Ukrainian troops to erect roads littered with destroyed Russian and Soviet tanks. Plus with the budget cuts in the Russian military due to corruption within their ranks, we'll probably never know the full extent of the T-90's capabilities (likely for the best).
Aww... Yes, you have steel arguments, yes..
And why did dozens (and maybe more) of these guns fall into the hands of the same terrorists in Syria, Afghanistan? And then why is Ukraine requesting more and more equipment and announcing the 5th or 6th wave of population mobilization?

Yes becuase Russia and USA didnt sign the treaty
Theyre far more destructive to people rather than buildings or battlements. The worst part is that they can scatter small cluster bombers over entire cities and countryside areas leaving them undetonated for up to hours or almost days, inadvertently killing many civilians with timed fuses.
